| 4-6 | Bubblegum | For 4, 5 and some 6 year olds. If they are a young 6 or new to the program they may play in this league. This league is strictly t-ball. There is no practice, the game and practice are at the same time. Parents are in the field with the kids. They play 6 games, all 1 hour long. Games are typically played on Thursday’s at 5:00 and 6: 00 p.m. and then some Saturday’s, (after the soccer season). Each team needs at least one parent to be in charge, not so much to coach but organize. Players are placed with friends when requested at time of registration | $60.00. |
| The following leagues begin practice the week of April 19th. Practice schedules will be determined by the coach and the official scheduler, depending on availability. Practices start at either 4:30 or 6:00 p.m. and there is usually one or two practices a week until games begin. Games begin the week of May 17th. Games are scheduled on week nights at 6:00 p.m. until the end of soccer season and then there are some games on Saturday’s. There is a very limited practice schedule once games begin. All practices and games are played at Monarch and Grange for some AA games. | |||
| 6-7 | Rookie | For 6 and 7 year olds. In this league the coach will throw 3 pitches to the kids, if they are not successful in hitting the ball they will then use a tee. There will be no strike outs. An inning ends after 3 outs are made or 5 runs are scored. They play 8 games throughout the season. All efforts will be made to place players with coaches or friends as requested at time of registration. | $80.00 |
| 7-8 | AA | For 7 and 8 year olds. This league is coach pitch. The player will be called out after 3 swinging strikes. Innings end when 3 outs are made or 5 runs are scored. They will play 10 games. | The following leagues are for 9-12 year olds. The players must be evaluated on March 18 from 4-6pm and March 21st from 12-4pm to determine which league they should be place in, either AAA or Majors. Most 9-10 year olds will be in AAA and 11-12 year olds in Majors, however it will depend on their talent and need to fill teams in each league. In the past some 10 year olds have been placed in Majors. Players will be rated at the evaluation and a draft will be held. The goal of these leagues is to make equal teams. It is for this reason that the chance of being placed with a certain coach or friend is not always possible or probable. Games start at 5:30 pm, with some Saturday morning games after soccer season ends. All practices , games, and evaluations will be held at the Warren Complex. | |||
