NYS Winter 2027 Recreational Basketball

Registration: October 5–December 1, 2026
Practices
Practices begin in early January 2027 and are held once weekly at an SVVSD school in Niwot or South Longmont. Practice schedules will not be posted until mid-to-late December. Kindergarten players will practice before their games and will not have weekday practices.
Games
Games run January–March 2027. Grades K–5 play once a week on Saturdays, and grades 6–8 play on Friday evenings. Grades K–4 play at YMCA Lafayette. Older students play at YMCA facilities, BVSD school facilities, and other surrounding locations.
Ages
- Kindergarten: co-ed
- Grades 1–2: boys’ and girls’ leagues
- Grades 3–4: boys’ and girls’ leagues
- Grade 5: boys’ and girls’ leagues
- Grades 6–8: boys’ and girls’ leagues

Price includes practice facility fees, game-day fees, referees, YMCA partnership fees, and a reversible NYS jersey.
