Recreational Basketball
Hi NYS families!
Do not fear, we are finalizing the partnership between NYS and YMCA NoCo as we speak.
Registration will open for NYS recreational basketball on October 15th! Here are some details and GOOD NEWS, as we are expanding sign ups to Kinder-8th!
NYS Winter 2026 Recreational Basketball
Partnership with YMCA NoCo Longmont and Lafayette
Registration: Oct 20th – Dec 1st 2025
Practices begin: early Jan 2026
Games: Jan-March 2026
Cost: $150-200 per player, includes reversible jersey!
Practices will be once weekly and games on Saturdays at YMCA Longmont, Lafayette and other surrounding locations
Ages: We have boys and girls leagues in all age groups with exception of Kinder.
- Kinder (co-ed) – practice and game days on same day
- 1/2nd and 3/4th : one practice per week and games on Saturdays
- 5th: one practice per week and games on Saturdays
- 6/7th and 8th: practice once per week and games on Friday nights at Casey Middle School in Boulder
